New York law doesn’t allow more than 3 passengers per one Pedicab. If there are more of you, the tour will be on multiple pedicabs, but we’ll keep you together for the best experience.

If you’re going to be late, just inform us as soon as possible before your tour starts. Each guide has his own tour schedule, and we’ll inform your guide to wait or inform an another guide to pick you up. Also we can discuss a reschedule if that works better for you.
Please note that you can cancel up to 24 hours before the start of your experience for a full refund. If the cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, unfortunately, the payment will not be refunded. The cut-off times are based on the local time of the experience.
We do not offer hotel pick-up and drop-off, but we’re conveniently located for easy access to your tour starting point!

To ensure a smooth and timely start to your tour, we kindly ask that you plan to arrive at least 5 to 10 minutes before your scheduled time. Please allow extra time for travel, especially if you’re using the subway, to avoid any delays.
If you prefer to stay on board and not get off at the stops, the tour will be shorter, because we will skip the planned stop time.
We appreciate your understanding. If we keep the tour duration without stops the same, your guide would have to speak non-stop and expanding both the program and the route, which goes beyond the tour you’ve purchased.
